Job Description: Live Streaming Host

Position Overview:

We are seeking an energetic and charismatic Live Streaming Host to represent our e-commerce retail brand during live broadcasts. The ideal candidate will engage with audiences, showcase products, and drive sales through live streaming platforms. This role requires excellent communication skills, a confident on-screen presence, and a deep understanding of how to create an interactive and entertaining experience for viewers.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Live Stream Hosting:

o Host live streaming sessions on e-commerce platforms (e.g., TikTok Shop, Shopee Live) to showcase and promote products.

o Demonstrate products in detail, highlighting features, benefits, and promotions.

o Interact with the audience in real-time by answering questions, responding to comments, and addressing inquiries.

2. Content Preparation:

o Collaborate with the marketing team to plan live streaming schedules, scripts, and themes.

o Prepare necessary materials, props, and product samples before each session.

o Study product information to ensure accurate and persuasive presentations.

3. Engagement and Entertainment:

o Create a lively and engaging atmosphere to keep viewers entertained and interested

o Collaborate with Social media team to produce content

o Encourage viewers to take action, such as purchasing products, following the account, or joining promotions.

4. Sales Optimization:

o Promote discounts, flash sales, and exclusive offers during live sessions to boost sales.

o Track sales performance during and after live streams to identify successful strategies.

5. Platform Trend Utilization:

o Stay updated on live streaming trends, platform features, and audience preferences.

o Experiment with new techniques to improve viewer retention and conversion rates.

6. Feedback and Improvement:

o Gather audience feedback and analyze performance metrics to enhance future live streaming sessions.

o Work closely with the team to refine strategies and improve results.

Qualifications:

● Experience:

o Previous experience in live hosting, presenting, or a customer-facing role is a plus.

o Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and live streaming tools is preferred.

● Skills:

o Exceptional verbal communication and presentation skills.

o Ability to think quickly, adapt to on-the-spot challenges, and maintain composure.

o Strong understanding of audience engagement and sales techniques.
