Job Description: Finance Staff

Position Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Finance Staff to support our financial operations in an e-commerce retail environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate record-keeping, and contributing to the financial of the company. This role requires strong analytical skills, familiarity with e-commerce financial processes, and a commitment to accuracy.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Financial Transactions Management:

o Record and process daily financial transactions, including sales revenue, refunds, and payments.

o Handle payment reconciliations for e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop.

o Ensure all transactions are recorded accurately and timely in the financial system.

2. Account Reconciliation:

o Reconcile bank statements and payment gateway transactions to maintain accurate financial records.

o Investigate discrepancies and resolve issues related to payments, refunds, and settlements.

3. Budgeting and Reporting:

o Assist in preparing monthly financial reports, including cash flow statements, income statements, and balance sheets.

o Support the finance team in budgeting and forecasting activities.

4. Compliance and Documentation:

o Ensure all financial activities comply with company policies and regulatory standards.

o Assist with tax calculations, reporting, and filings, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations (e.g., PPh, PPN).

o Maintain organized records of invoices, receipts, and other financial documents for tax purposes.

Expense Management:

o Process and verify employee expense claims and operational expenses.

o Monitor and control operational budgets to avoid overspending.

5. Collaboration and Support:

o Work closely with operations teams

o Support the manager in audits, tax filings, and other financial processes.

Qualifications:

● Education and Experience:

o Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.

o Previous experience in finance or accounting, preferably in an e-commerce or retail environment.

● Skills:

o Proficiency in financial software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Excel, accounting software).

o Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

o Knowledge of e-commerce payment systems and processes is a plus.

● Personal Attributes:

o High level of integrity and a commitment to confidentiality.

o Strong organizational and time-management skills.
