Job Description: Content Videographer (TikTok Specialist)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and skilled Content Videographer to join our team, focusing on producing engaging video content especially for TikTok. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling, a strong understanding of the social media platform, and the ability to create videos that resonate with online retail audiences.




Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation:

Develop, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form video content tailored for TikTok and other social media platforms.

Conceptualize creative and trending ideas that align with the brand’s identity and goals.

Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure alignment with campaigns and product promotions.

2. Trend Research:

Stay updated on social media especially TikTok trends, challenges, and platform features to maintain a fresh and engaging content approach.

Analyze competitor content and identify opportunities to innovate and stand out.

3. Storytelling and Branding:

Incorporate compelling storytelling into videos to showcase products in an engaging and authentic way.

Ensure all content aligns with brand/platform guidelines and values.

4. Production Management:

Plan and organize shoots, including managing schedules, locations, and props.

Operate cameras, lighting, and other production equipment effectively.

5. Analytics and Optimization:

Monitor TikTok performance metrics and adjust content strategies to improve engagement and reach.

Experiment with new formats and techniques based on performance insights.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the social media team to ensure a cohesive content strategy.




Qualifications:

● Experience:

Proven experience as a videographer, preferably for TikTok or other social media platforms.

Familiarity with e-commerce or online retail content is a plus.

● Skills:

Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., CapCut Mobile apps, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).

Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithms, audience behavior, and best practices.

Creative storytelling and the ability to produce eye-catching visuals.

Knowledge of lighting, sound, and phone camera techniques for high-quality production.
