Job Description: Customer Service Staff
Position Overview:
We are looking for a friendly and customer-focused Customer Service Staff to join our online retail team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional service by addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of e-commerce operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Support:
o Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, social media, and phone.
o Address customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure resolution.
o Assist customers with order placement,purchasing, payment issues, returns, and refunds.
2. Order Management:
o Track customer orders and update them on order status and delivery timelines.
o Coordinate with warehouse or delivery teams to resolve shipping or product issues.
3. Product Knowledge:
o Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s products and promotions to assist customers effectively.
o Provide guidance on product features, usage, and availability.
4. Problem-Solving:
o Investigate and resolve customer issues, ensuring a positive resolution that aligns with company policies.
o Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate departments and follow up for resolution.
5. Customer Feedback:
o Collect and document customer feedback to help improve products and services.
o Share insights and trends from customer interactions with the team.
6. Administrative Tasks:
o Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
o Update the customer service database with necessary information.
Qualifications:
● Experience:
o Previous experience in customer service, preferably in an e-commerce or retail setting.
o Fresh Graduate are welcome
● Skills:
o Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
o Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
o Familiarity with customer service tools and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee,Tokopedia) is a plus.
● Personal Attributes:
o Patient, empathetic, and customer-oriented mindset.
o Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
