Job Description: Warehouse Staff

Position Overview:

We are looking for a hardworking and detail-oriented Warehouse Staff to join our e-commerce retail team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing inventory, preparing orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. This role requires good organizational skills, physical stamina, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management:

o Receive, check, and organize incoming stock accurately.

o Perform regular stock counts and update inventory records to ensure accuracy.

o Report discrepancies, damaged goods, or shortages to the supervisor.

2. Order Fulfillment:

o Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for shipping, ensuring accuracy and timely dispatch.

o Label and package items according to company standards.

o Coordinate with courier services to ensure orders are shipped on time.

3. Warehouse Organization:

o Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.

o Arrange products systematically for easy access and efficient workflow.

o Monitor and maintain storage conditions to protect stock quality.

4. Operational Support:

o Assist in loading and unloading goods during deliveries.

o Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.

o Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company policies.

5. Documentation and Reporting:

o Update and maintain accurate records of stock movements and transactions.

o Prepare reports on inventory levels, damaged goods, and outgoing shipments as required.

Qualifications:

· Experience:

o Prior experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or inventory management is a plus.

· Skills:

o Good organizational and time management skills.

o Attention to detail and ability to ensure accuracy in inventory and order processing.

o Physical stamina to handle manual tasks such as lifting and moving stock.

· Personal Attributes:

o Team player with strong communication skills.

o Dependable and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

o Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and tools.
