Job Description: Social Media Specialist

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Specialist to manage and grow our online presence across various platforms. This role involves crafting engaging content, analyzing performance metrics, and staying ahead of social media trends to promote our online retail brand effectively.




Key Responsibilities:

1. Content Creation and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and sales.

Create high-quality, visually appealing, and engaging posts, stories, and reels tailored to each social media platform especially Tiktok

Collaborate with the creative team to produce videos, graphics, and other assets aligned with brand identity.

2. Community Management:

Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly and professionally.

Foster an active online community by engaging with followers and encouraging user-generated content.

Handle customer inquiries and escalate issues to relevant departments when necessary.

3. Trend Analysis and Adaptation:

Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and algorithms.

Identify and leverage new opportunities to grow the brand's presence and relevance.

4. Campaign Management:

Plan and execute social media campaigns to promote new products, sales, and events.

Track and optimize campaign performance

5. Analytics and Reporting:

Use analytics tools to measure the performance of social media content and campaigns.

Provide regular reports with actionable insights to improve engagement and reach.

6. Collaboration:

Work closely with the Social Media teams to ensure cohesive messaging across all touchpoints.

Partner with influencers and brand ambassadors to expand the brand's reach.




Qualifications:

· Experience:

Proven experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

· Skills:

Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices.

Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite)

Strong analytical skills and experience with social media analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics).

Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.
