Job Description: Digital Partnership Specialist
Position Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Digital Partnership Specialist to develop and manage strategic collaborations with digital platforms, partners, and influencers. This role involves identifying partnership opportunities, negotiating agreements, and driving initiatives that enhance brand visibility and revenue growth in the digital ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Partnership Development:
o Identify and approach potential digital partners, including e-commerce platforms, digital media, and technology providers.
o Build and nurture relationships with existing and new partners to drive mutual growth and benefits.
2. Collaboration Management:
o Develop partnership agreements that align with the company's goals and ensure clear deliverables.
o Coordinate with partners to execute campaigns, joint initiatives, and promotional activities.
o Act as the main point of contact for all partnership-related communication and coordination.
3. Market Research and Analysis:
o Monitor trends in the digital partnership landscape to identify new opportunities.
o Conduct competitor analysis to benchmark partnership strategies.
o Analyze the performance of partnership programs and provide actionable insights to improve outcomes.
4. Campaign Planning and Execution:
o Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, and operations) to align partnership activities with business goals.
o Plan and execute co-branded campaigns and initiatives with partners.
o Ensure campaigns meet KPIs such as customer acquisition, brand visibility, or sales growth.
5. Relationship Building with Influencers:
o Identify and collaborate with digital influencers, content creators, and ambassadors to expand brand presence.
o Negotiate terms for partnerships with influencers, ensuring alignment with the brand's identity and messaging.
6. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
o Track and evaluate the performance of partnership activities against established metrics.
o Provide regular reports on partnership results and return on investment (ROI).
o Suggest improvements and optimize partnership strategies based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
· Education and Experience:
o Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
o Experience in partnership management, digital marketing, or a similar role is a plus
· Skills:
o Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
o Knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and strategies.
o Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and optimize partnership initiatives.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
